You choose the programs, events, and trips in which to participate. Staying active and healthy means a better quality of life for you. So, we provide as many choices as possible. We are updating and adding programs and events based on input from our residents.

Have you always wanted a personal trainer? At Spanish Cove, a certified personal trainer is available to design a program emphasizing strength and cardiovascular training just for you at no additional charge. You can work out in the Cove's fitness center on state-of-the-art equipment or enjoy things such as water aerobics, yoga, and toning, selected just for senior adults.
