Phase II Floor Plans
Phase 2 is an entirely separate, new building which will include the addition of 45 new independent living apartments.
First, we completed Phase One of our expansion. We added two 2-story additions with basement shelters on the north side of the Pavilion. The addition adds 9 assisted living apartments, 20 skilled nursing care units and 14 assisted living memory care residences.
Now we’re embarking on Phase II- our new residence building and the Spanish Cove Spirit that is a part of the lifestyle residents enjoy. Schedule your visit today, and choose your new home.

• First choice of floor plans: This will include the best views and premium locations the new building will offer.
• Lowest cost of entrance fees: Entrance fees at any senior community are annually adjusted and increased. By becoming a Charter Member, your entrance fee will be locked in at the current rates given.

• First choice of personal storage space
• Selection of apartment finishes: The privilege of selecting tile, wood finishes, carpet and cabinetry choices as well as paint finishes and other additional interior design options.
• Charter Member special events: Spanish Cove is planning multiple events that will be exclusive and complimentary for Charter Members.
