The Charter Club
For people interested in securing a space in our Phase II expansion project – the new Independent Living building . This is the best way to lock in rates and other amazing, once-in-a-lifetime benefits:
- First choice of floor plans: This will include the best views and premium locations the new building will offer.
- Lowest cost of entrance fees: Entrance fees at any senior community are annually adjusted & increased. By becoming a Charter Member, your entrance fee will be locked in at the current rates given.
- First choice of underground parking spots
- First choice of personal storage space
- Selection of apartment finishes: Have the privilege of selecting tile finishes, carpet and cabinetry choices as well as paint finishes and any additional interior design options given.
- Charter Member special events: Spanish Cove is planning multiple events that will be exclusive & complimentary for Charter Members.
The Spirit Club
Maybe you’ve made the decision to look into retirement communities. At the same time, you may not be ready to leave your home or the life that you know. Spanish Cove’s Spirit Club serves as waiting list and allows you to participate in any activities on campus.
By making a $1,500 deposit per person (90% refundable before 5 years) you can become a Spirit Club member and start enjoying many of the same services, amenities, events, and activities as our residents.
