Our Dragon Boat paddling team made Oklahoma history in 2012 as the first-ever senior dragon boat paddling team in Oklahoma City! A senior division has now been created in OKC. The Cove’s paddling team is comprised of seniors who are not afraid to try something new. One member (in her 90’s) also participated in the weightlifting competition in the Oklahoma Senior Games, completing leg presses of over 400 lbs.!
