Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Spanish Cove. Since 1974, Spanish Cove has been a Life Care Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). A CCRC offers new residents the opportunity to live a free and independent lifestyle. As health needs change over time, residents are provided high quality assisted living and/or nursing care services.
One of the great things about Spanish Cove is the caliber of people who live here. Their mix of experience is astounding as so many walks of life are represented here. Moreover, most residents are comfortable in their own skin and readily accept differences among others. That alone is priceless to new residents, as there is strong value placed in the worth of others and an interest in building new friendships.
As a not-for-profit public trust community, we offer value in pricing. We also offer many events, amenities and opportunities for residents to live with joy filled days. My hope is that as a new resident moves in, their best days are still ahead of them and they are happy, healthy and productive.
Regardless of where residents came from, a majority of them value a small-town experience without losing access to metropolitan area services. They want quality retirement living care, but also a place where being replanted comes easier; where friendships naturally happen; and, where their past and future is valued.
